All US orders over $75 ship free. No code needed — discount applies automatically at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive an email with tracking info the moment your order ships.
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS Ground. Pick your speed at checkout:

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Florida residents — local pickup at the Bradenton flagship is always free; choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of the EU. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Click the link in the email or paste the number into your carrier's tracking page to follow the package.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder — then reach out at info@thekavasocialclub.com.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, give it 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages a day early). After that, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the package and the damaged item to info@thekavasocialclub.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If you spot a typo within 1 hour of ordering, email us ASAP and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships. Once shipped, address changes aren't possible.
During peak holiday season (Nov–Dec), carrier delays are common. We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your needed-by date for standard shipping, or upgrading to expedited.
